            The apartment was listed featuring a fireplace and a floor to ceiling bookcase. We received neither. We asked for a rent reduction but were denied. Since then we have had numerous maintenance issues. We have a rotting back door, an unsafe electrical outet, a flickering light in the bedroom, 2 toilets that do not work properly, and 2 stove burners that do not work. These maintenance requests were submitted more than 2 mpnths ago. No one will help us. No one will listen.

            Worst living experience Ive had with any apartment complex. Nothing ever gets resolved and you are constantly told lie after lie. I live in a one bedroom and the A/C has never worked! I put in a work order and absolutely nothing was done. Yet I received an email saying its been resolved. My apartment never cools below 88 degrees. No matter what the temperature is outside. I can never use my oven or stove because it makes it even more hot! This complex is horrible. I have a 7 month pregnant girlfriend and she struggles badly because our apartment doesnt cool down in this triple digit heat. Ive done everything they recommended! Blacked out my windows. Bought 3 fans just to have some type of air! You can reach out to Enda and only get one response stating something will be done. After that response you wont hear from the complex or her.
