    Absolutely do not recommend! They were great the first move so I went with them again for my second, big mistake. They will damage your furniture and new place and refuse to take accountability and action. They did not wrap my headboard before transporting so my velvet material is scratched up, and when we got to my new place they did not put my bed back together correctly, he said "there's 3 extra pieces." Beds don't come with extra foundational pieces! What he meant to say was he couldn't figure out how else he could put the bed together because of the damages to the framing he's done. This saddens me, because I've gone through a lot losing a loved one and cramming a move in, and for this to be the result with Dillon's nonchalant attitude and lack of accountability is sickening. He tried to place the blame on me, as if I moved the furniture and damaged my 3 year old beautiful king bed! Not to mention in moving into my new spot they damaged the dry wall, and only had to offer a "I apologize." I'm going to have to pay for that when I move out. Overall I would not recommend them due to the lack of care, treatment, and damage they will cause you and not take accountability to make it right! Dillon will argue with you to not pay for the damages his company has caused, now I'm stuck having to dish out more money for a new bed if I cannot fix this one! To be honest, his men have a better attitude than he does. He should take some customer service classes or learn from them. My damages include: Stripped screws/holes for bed Cracked bed frame Scraped velvet material on bed Broken dry wall The owner, Dillon, compensated $75 for the scratch on my bed. This is before I had a friend help me remove the mattress and look at the bed to put it together correctly. He couldn't because of the damages done. Dillon tried to factor in a "returning client discount" as compensation for damages claiming he's given me $145! I never heard a discount penalizing the customer for damages.
