This apartment complex has put three evictions on my credit starting in November of last year following December of last year and May of this year then they are non-renewing my lease due to the fact that I have made a complaint several times about the neighbor up above me. This neighbor has a child that likes to use the indoors as an outdoor playground at 2:00 a.m., 3:00 a.m., 4:00 a.m. and I have to be at work by 8:00 a.m. . The noise wakes me up out of a sound sleep and I take one Xanax per evening to help me sleep. They have made it impossible for me to get into another place of residence due to the three evictions. In November of last year I saw that I was going to have financial issues with paying the rent and went to the manager discuss this with her and all she could say is we'll have to file an eviction. After court they were willing each time to work with me and let me find some type of funding to get the rent paid. I have looked into other apartments and the evictions have to be anywhere from a year old up to 5 years old to be able to qualify. I am 61 years old I just have gotten a job and I get to work from home. I've asked them to reconsider renewing my lease considering the upstairs neighbor and I seem to come to an agreement, however, they have refused to work with me and now I have no place to go and do not know what to do to find a place that will accept three evictions within a year. They are now telling me I owe a balance due for August rent, they did this in May and *************************** paid my rent in January early February of this year all the way to May and I asked for additional funding to pay up to August and they were kind enough to do so. Upon them accepting payments from the organization it is said that the late fees are supposed to be waived. They showed the organization I paid in full invoice and then turned around and added the fees back on to my balance with that leaving me owing more money. No one bothered telling me that I owed money until they wanted to file eviction in May. Please help!
