    I have used First Defense Insulation for two jobs - insulation for a house built in 1941 and a new metal shop. John showed up when he said he would to provide an estimate, explained the work he and his crew would do, and we set a date for the work. They showed up on that date, and maintained a clean worksite while completing the work that he said they would do. I was onsite for the shop, but was not for the house, so he sent me pictures and videos showing the work being done, and kept me updated. I think they are the best in the business, and will always be my go-to guys for any future insulation work.
