      I am beyond disappointed with my experience with GameStop. I traded in six games for over $100 in credit and used that, along with $11.16 of my own money, to purchase three games through a store-initiated order placed on ************************** on July 22, 2025. The order was marked as shipped on July 24, but as of July 31, **** tracking still shows Pre-Shipment Awaiting Item, meaning GameStop never handed over the package.Their single customer service email claimed the item had shipped and may have been lost in transit, even though the tracking proves it was never given to ****. Since then, Ive sent four follow-up messages with no response. No refund. No replacement. No support. Nothing.This isnt the first time either. A previous order was silently canceled without notice, and another was double charged, requiring me to physically return to the store to get my money back.GameStop has proven to be unreliable, untrustworthy, and unwilling to stand behind its own transactions. They ignore customer inquiries, fail to take responsibility for mistakes, and show a complete disregard for customer time and money.I am demanding a full refund of $76.92 and will never do business with GameStop again.

      Horrible. The fact GameStop uses **** to ship consoles is beyond me. I placed order June 21 and it still hasnt arrived. They wont do anything. Ive done missing mail search. Opened a charge dispute. GameStop states they cant do anything until the package arrives. Never will I do business with them again.

      Placed an order and paid up front on 7/17/25. 1-3 business days for shipping. Order has not been processed and no shipping confirmation. No inventory left even though was available till last night 7/20. Basically was told they would investigate and more than likely it will be refunded. Bad business and will no longer do online business here. 4 days later and no one can tell me the status of my order.

      I sold my Playstation 5 practically brand new. I have never received my money they said they sent it through venmo but there is nothing. Contacted everywhere venmo said they havent received anything, gamestop says there is nothing they can do so they just scammed me! will never go back to gamestop

      I bought a play station 4 slim. It worked for 6 months i also paid for a year warranty. When it came in it was missing a s**** and warranty sticker. So when I took it to the store they voided my warranty seeing they voided my warranty I took the cover off and there were only two screws holding the junk together it was missing 90 percent of the screws. I messaged corporate and never heard from them. I will never buy from them again and will tell everyone I know not to buy from them. They sell garbage.

      Order from GameStop online shipped me incorrect items in the first half then didnt ship the second part of order then after 2 calls then they shipped but would not let me talk to a supervisor then told me 2 items where on back order when I called a week later would not let me talk to a supervisor and just told me to s**** off very bad customer service do not use online ordering they just s**** you and try to scam you buy stuff in store even if a sale

      Don't care about launch dates on shipping new releases, does the slowest time, and charges you for it, quit gamestop pro, for othe issues too.

      I tried to purchase trading cards but was denied due to not being a Game Stop "member". A policy not posted or stated anywhere online or in store. No wonder they have a 1 star rating.

      I purchased The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim for the ******** Switch. After 2 weeks, the game started to crash randomly. I asked ******** and ******** to help me but their troubleshooting steps did not sold the problem. I went to the same GameStop where I bought it and was denied a refund request. I called GameStop customer service and was denied a refund as well. Im never shipping here again.
