    On May 28, 2022, 3 gentlemen from ********* Moving & Packing movers who were hired by Just Move, moved me from a home in Fort Worth, TX to another home in Fort Worth, TX that was about 10 minutes away. During the move, the movers dropped my Samsung 28-cu ft French Door Refrigerator w/ Dual Ice Maker causing damage to one of the French doors, dents & scratches on the side it was dropped on & displaced inside pieces to shelving & top ice maker. I spoke with Just Move's rep Mark (Blueprint) at the end of the move to make my payment of $689.90, which included overtime possibly caused by one of the movers spending extra time to try & fix the refrigerator door (this required hammering to bend items back in place so the peg would fit the hole). During the call, he did stated that he was already told of the drop & could either come out to look or I could send him the model number so they could see how to take care of the repairs. I told him I had pictures if needed & we agreed that he would come by on Tuesday. After not showing & no communication, I sent a text to Jonathan (Just Move) & Mark (Blueprint) on June 1 with the model#, my email address and a request for them to let me know their intentions to resolve. I got a text on June 2 from Mark requesting to come on Fri June 3 & I told him it would have to be after 5p or early Sat June 5. After no response, I sent an email on June 7 to Just Move requesting a response by June 9 or I'd have to escalate my complaint. Mark text me on June 8 & we agreed to a time on Sat Jun 11 for him to come review the damage. He came about 10 min late on Sat, looked at damages & took pictures & stated that he'd reach back to me on Mon Jun 13. On June 15, I received a call from Jonathan stating the resolution was to either paint over the cosmetic damage or give me $300 & their message from a repair guy was to reset the filter. I relayed this wasn't satisfactory & they were suppose to have the owner reach out via email but still nothing.

    I would have given a lower rating but, it wasnt an option. Three guys showed up to my house reeking of marijuana. I wouldnt have let them touch my belongings but, time was of the essence. Large items: a couch, chair and dresser, everything else was in boxes. They moved so slow that I carried 90% of the boxes to the truck and they still took 5 hours. One guy stayed in the back of the truck, another moved everything with one had so that he could use the other to hold his cell, the last one was just plain lazy. They caused major damage to the house I moved from. On the way to storage they stopped for gas and to take yet another break. They threw my belongings into the storage, caused damage to my personal belongings and one of the workers wanted to fight me and blamed me for a picture being torn because they placed another on of my items next to it. Spoke with owner ******* ****** on several occasions and he seemed to be cooperative. His employees would tell me he had personal issues going on so, I tried to be understanding, reasonable and patient. I told him I would be willing to work with him to resolve the issue. We went back and forth with this for months until he stopped replying or taking calls. Please, save yourself the hassle and hire a reputable company or better yet DIY. What should have taken a maximum of 3 hours ended up taking 8. Thats just so that they could get more money out of me. The damages they caused to my belongings as well as my former house was in the thousands. A $15,000 painting ripped, a $5,000 couch that was 6 months old, a large clock just to name a few were damaged. Dents in the walls, severe scratches to hardwood floors to my previous home. The owner was sent pictures by one of the movers as the damages were happening and also sent by me personally.
