    Service call-added freon to current unit at our home-5 days later unit did not work-service call-purchased new unit at the price of $13,000.00-`1 week later unit not blowing cold air and running constantly-service call-charged again-5 days later unit not blowing cold air-charged unit again-5 days later unit not blowing cold air-service call-informed that there must be a leak in the line under the house & needed to be fixed in the amount of $2500.00-5 days later unit not blowing cold air-service call-charged again and stated that if the unit did not perform that they would replace the inside coil-this was done-hoping it takes care of the problem. My assessment of this activity by this company is that they had no idea how to fix this and were relying on the process of elimination at OUR EXPENSE. More than likely did not need to spend the $2500 (leak was not fixed)-were required to pay electric bills that were almost doubled due to the fact the unit ran CONSTANTLY trying to cool the house and was unable to-initial crew was somewhat rude and unprofessional-the men that finished this disaster were quite professional....but the jury is still out.Total torture in one of the hottest ******* is ****** since we have lived here. **** never use this company again and will certainly not recommend. My desired settlement is for this company to share the expenses created by the lack of knowledge by the members of this company and their lack of concern for their customer.

    I've used them for maintenance & upgrades for years - well over a decade. Just had them install a completely new $16,000+ system on Thursday mid-June 2023. It's Sunday night now. The system is still not working & I haven't seen them since early Saturday morning when their technician failed to fix the broken system installation. I've been in contact, always initiated by me. They refused to send anyone until Monday. In the meantime we have indoor temps nearing 90F, the system has been running constantly since at least Friday evening, ceiling fans are on full blast. My contact has been sympathetic but they've been non-responsive otherwise. Sympathy only is a poor business model. They appear to be understaffed. And their existing technicians apparently refuse to work on weekend days. (Yep. Those are my eyes rolling. These guys have constantly begged for tips when I've paid for work done the last few years.) They're fine for light maintenance & minor upgrades, if you discount the thinly veiled requests for tips. I cannot recommend them for anything serious, especially new installs or emergencies. If I could do it again, I'd look elsewhere for my new system installation. I am very disappointed.
