    I hired this moving company to help me move on post. Not only did the guy show up and complain the entire time, one guy who was clearly under the influence was flinging items into the moving truck, dropping things, dragging cords as they carried them. The guys quickly finished moving everything out after an hour, but keep in mind, we were paying hourly and the truck went missing for over three hours as I waited. Their excuse was they had to get a gate pass and it took a long time. They charged us for those lost hours. When the two men arrived, one specifically complained about bringing anything inside. All I asked was for bed go be brought up. I watched them struggle to get my bed up the stairs, repeatedly hitting it on the walls and scratching the floor. Finally, I reached out to the company where the boss apologized and said his employee would be reprimanded upon returning. They agreed to return the next day and carry the things he refused to take up- however, they never arrived. This company is absolutely NOT RECOMMENDED. I have scuffed and ruined furniture, ruined floors, cribs, chairs, and yet havent seen a dime back for ANYTHING. I cant even get a response. They sure ran with the opportunity to charge my card that was in file from my initial deposit though.-also noting, they left a assembled crib in the hall because it didnt fit in the doorway and they were too lazy to unassembled, and put scuffed furniture upside down so I wasnt able to see the damage. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE!!!!

    I hired John Ferguson to move my household ***** ******* ********* *******. I have been beyond disappointed. First, he sent a 3 man crew to move a 3,192 sq ft house with a 500 sq ft casita with only a local truck and trailer. After 2 loads for both the truck and trailer, all goods were not moved and I had to hire someone else to finish. **** ** *** ********* ***** **** * ******** **** *** ** **** *** ****** ** *** *** ** ** ******* ***** ** **** *** ******** *** ***. While unpacking, I discovered 3 pieces of treasured pottery broken. Two pieces were very delicate pottery crosses. I told his employees I would pack those. Well, they put them in bubble wrap on the BOTTOM of a box with a lamp and an I-Robot on top. One is absolutely shattered. They put a pottery bowl in a box of heavy vases, with very little wrapping; it's in too many pieces to repair. *** ********** ******** *** *** ** ** **** ** **** *********  And, a portion of my Stickley library table is missing. He has failed to respond to my text regarding that. I cannot recommend John Ferguson Moving & Storage.

    Ms. ********** accepted my hourly rate proposal with a three man crew prescribed. I was not made aware by her that she had some of these complaints. She told me on a phone call that my crew leader was great and that she really liked him. * *** ***** ********* ** ****** *** ***** * *** **** ** ***** *** ** ****** *** ********* ** ******* ******** *** ********** * ****** *** ******** ** ** **** ***** *** ****** ** **** ** *** ****** * *** *** **** *** ** **** ********. She texted me pictures of 3 broken items and my text back was an apology followed with a question.."Are they repairable?" I am agreeable to replacing if necessary and I asked her how much it would be. Waiting on her response. Also I responded to her text about the missing Stickley piece and I ran a search for the item and I am also willing to replace it as well if not recovered. I am being responsive and accountable.

    When Mr. ******** estimated the moving costs, I believed he had an understanding of the necessary manpower and equipment. I walked him through the entire property and discussed at length what would be moved and how much help I would need. I trusted him to properly staff and equip the move. He did not. I was able to glue 2 of the pieces back together. I am still trying with one. I forwarded the invoice for the replacement Stickley piece; I have yet to be reimbursed. And no one from ******** has let me know the piece was located. ************* * **** ********** ***** *** ** ***** * ***** ** ****** *********** ********
