On Saturday, October 3, 2021 at 1:30 pm I went to the Levines on Red Bird Lane and purchased 2 pair of girls size 12 uniform jogger type pants, I took the home so that my granddaughter could try them own and the were to short. I returned to Levines the same day at 4:39 pm to exchange the pants for a size 14 that they did not have that size. They informed me that they did not do refunds exchanges only. I said ok and asked them when will they get another shipment and they said on Fridays. They gave me a store credit invoice # XXXXXXXXXX and wrote the style number on the receipt so when I call I could just ask for the style number. I called on October 8, 15, and on Oct 23, I went to the store to speak with the manager to check the status and he informed me that they were not getting anymore and that they did not give refunds, I asked him what was I to do they had the pants I returned and my money and all I have is a piece of paper. I asked him what was I to do and he said. "I don't know." I confirm asked again was he the manager since he was not very knowledge nor was he customer friendly and he said yes, again I asked what was I suppose to do he said "he did not know." I asked him who was his manager and he said he did not know his name to talk to the owner I asked what was his name and how can I reach him he said he did not know his name he was at the store on Jefferson Blvd. I went that store on October 25, he was not there and staff did not know when he would be back. I checked there and they did not have the pants in stock only in a size 4 & 6 and they were not getting anymore and again they would not give me a refund. The other pants that they have there do not fit my granddaughter is the reason that I purchased this style because they stretch and fit her well since she is very slim. I feel since they do not and will not get the pants they should return my money. It will be getting cold soon and she need log pants that fit.
