They are very discriminative. I attended the venue on Oak Lawn in Dallas and was told there was a 25min wait. We sat to at least get drinks and chips while we wait since the manager Janet said they were understaffed for cooks and we would have to wait. As they were sitting us a party of two came in where I over heard the waitress tell them the same. Once we sat, the table of two got sat as well although they were declining us at first and told us we wouldn't be sat because of a "25min wait". We were able to get chips and salsa however no one approached our table for even drinks. At that point I proceeded to speak with Janet and told her I would be leaving and wanted to file a complaint. She would not give me the hosts name nor the bar tender who never offer serviced although it was just so there could be coaching provided for this poor customer service. She also never tried to offer not even a complimentary drink or anything to try and make me feel like she wanted to make it right. I've come to this location several times and never felt so discriminated against until this time - I will never go back.
