              I recently bought a new pump (about a month and a half ago) for an inground pool that was defective. According to the installer that was recommended by the store the pump's seals are defective. The pump has a two years warranty against seal failure. I went to the store and talked to supervisor who told me the owner will be calling me within a couple of days. I went back after two weeks and the same supervisor apologized and took my number again. Three more weeks and nothing.

              Bought a pool from Crown in Dallas on Garland Rd. They were waiting on liners to be delivered. Wesley B****, the general manager, found one so I would make the purchase. Fast forward 2 MONTHS! Finally day before install!! Email at 4:45!! Supposedly no phone service!! They installed my liner I purchased with my pool etc in someone elses frkn pool!! Long story short, he wanted me to take a liner I did not like. I told him I would move forward if he discounted the transaction since he sold my liner to someone else. He refused to discount it even though he admitted it was"human error". I am dissapointed beyond words. I have the plyg installed that Wesley said was required and all preparations made. Buy a pool from a company with integrity. I should have listened to the reviews on their site.
