Horrible service and cars. Drivers are rude. The main office was worse! Do yourself a favor and do NOT hire this company

Mr. ****** contacted Prime Limo on 6/6/22 for a bus quote for a school team for an out of state trip in one of our buses. We provided a rate the same day. The following day 6/7, Mr ****** had more questions. We responded to all of his questions by the end of the day on the 7th. We were contacted the same day stating the client wanted to go ahead and make the reservation. We sent our e-signature contract over. In our contract and website, it states, reservations are not finalized until we receive a contract and deposit charged (which is normal for any service industry).The contract was completed on the 25th, which was 18 days after we initially sent the paperwork over. During those 18 days of no communication from the clients, our buses ended up getting booked, as we cannot hold any vehicle(s) without a signed contract and deposit. Mr. ****** has never officially made a reservation with us, nor has he been in any of our vehicles to form an opinion of "horrible cars" and "drivers being rude." My team has already forwarded Mr. ******s information to our legal team and to the school he represents including the Kaufman ISD board for a defamation suit if this action continues.
