I completed all new patient paperwork on 3/1/22, which included my insurance information for my appt on 3/22/22. I get a call one day prior to my consultation and the front desk again collects my insurance information. I was eager to start my treatment. I was told it would be $258 a month, plus $1000 deposit. I then advised that I had a $2,500 insurance allowance and that seemed expensive. The DA, states my chart did not reflect any insurance. She then takes me to the front desk to provide my insurance for the THIRD time. They stated that I have insurance and my responsibility would be $137 a month, however, their "free finance" system was having a issues and the system seemed to be down. After waiting nearly an hour for the system to work, they stated since I have insurance it would only be a $500 deposit required. I would need to sign their "free finance" contract for $258 a month and they would "adjust" it when the system was back working the next day. I never received a follow up. A few weeks later I got a letter from my insurance that advised they were OUT OF NETWORK. I call the office and every day I was told the manager would call me back. I never get a call back. My account was then charged the $258 and not $137, so I call again and express my concerns. I then got a call back from Dr. K******** husband who stated he was the manager and they are working on credentials. Due to COVID-19 the process was taking longer than normal. He did his fast talking of... we will write off insurance if we needed and get things sorted out. He give me his personal cell and email to contact him should I have any other problems. I email him and the office and called for 2 months with no response. I finally had enough and call the office and now I'm told Susie is the office manager and they have several people asking emails so it was a 2 month oversight of missing my communications. Now, Dr. K******** is releasing me from care and I need to start all over with new doctor.
