            Worst company I ever used. Company is unethical. They came to me through my warranty company. I called them back to mention that the A/C was still blowing hot air. They had a excuse that the unit might be dirty. When they came back 6 days later, tried to get them to pay service fee again, which the warranty company had said shouldn't be paid for the same issue. When I said that I will check with warranty company and then pay, if appropriate, they reported a wrong diagnosis to get my claim denied, even though they had a different diagnosis in their report/service order paper to me. Giving them a 1 star because it won't let me post with 0 star.

            I sad you feel this, however your wife seemed to be happy when both of your units were not working and we got the main unit working, at the time of the initial service call the technician told you the systems needed maintenance and coil cleaning by a HVAC professional as written in your home warranty agreement as well as the recommendation of the manufacture of your air condition equipment it should be performed at least once a year. However you choose to do it yourself, and now your compressor is shot and you want to blame my company for your irresponsibleness. We do take picture of what see to give to the warranty company so they determine if proper maintenance had been preformed on your system. However, we will not lie to the Home Warranty Company on your behalf or anyone else, I only wish I could put the pictures on this portal to show the lack of maintenance on your units.
