    I've had nothing but bad experiences with this interlock service right from the beginning. First of all, they had the service place install a bad device which wasn't clearly a new one as was stated on the phone when I first set up the interlock. I had to take time out to go back and have them fix the issues with wiring. Now this company is making you enroll in auto pay in order to honor the price that was quoted on the contract. Additionally, they have charged my account this month twice with different prices for the service. I would not recommend this place at all. Please do your research before installing an interlock because as I have found out, it really matters. This company has nothing but a headache and to top it off they do not refund you right away, you have to submit a ticket and hope they get back with you within 5-7 business days when it only took them one day to double price me and disrupting my livelihood.
