            I emailed and Monique responded. She eventually told me to come down on Saturday and her or her partner David would get me taken care of. I didn't mention that I was handicapped and what all it took just to get ready. Turns out Monique is a big liar. No one was there, a wasted trip. On top of that I was never contacted again. How rude!!! After reading their reviews I am glad I didn't make the mistake of getting their service.

            I apologize for any confusion for miscommunication. Our office is not open on Saturdays and Sundays for walk in customers. There are some employees here answering the phones etc, but our doors are locked. Our representative was here on that day but the customer needed to call them to let them know they were here so that they could unlock the door.

            If anyone is confused you are. It's hard to misunderstand when Monique said come on down tomorrow and her or David her partner would take care of me. We had been emailing most of the day on Friday. I received the last one around 4PM. How else can that be taken. Your just making excuses and trying to make it look like the other person is at fault.

            Yes sir. I did not mean that you were confused. I meant that our customer service representatives did not properly communicate with you that you would need to call them to let them know you were at the office. Again, I apologize the the miscommunication and inconvenience for you.
