BEWARE! We contacted Mr. B**** in May 2021 about remodeling our laundry room and half bath. As of May 2023, our room is still not completed. We paid in him in full last summer (our mistake!) with his written word that he would complete the job. Throughout this whole ordeal, we have had to constantly reach out to him only to rarely receive a response back. It was very rare that he would contact us first and provide us with any updates. Unfortunately, if Mr. B**** gave us any type of response in return, we were often given false information to pacify us and buy him time or blame would be placed on someone else. We were told often that we were next on his schedule, he was waiting on supplier/order (when the actual order was never placed), or told I’ll be out next week and then never show, I’m out of town, we are sick, etc. After a year of this nonsense, he did admit that the correct door had not been ordered and that he would not finish project. We asked for a refund for a portion of labor cost and for the door that was not ordered and installed but paid for. He agreed to that refund but almost a month later we have yet to hear back from him after multiple attempts on our end to contact him. If you decide to hire Mr. B**** expect a big headache!! Definitely DO NOT pay for anything in advance!! We gave Mr. B**** many opportunities to fix his wrong and he chose not to do anything about it. Unfortunately, we are out $1,500. We found him to be a very unprofessional businessman and highly recommend looking elsewhere for a dependable and honest worker. We have all the documentation needed to back up our review. One star was given because zero stars is not an option.
