I had a contract with ****** ******** of above the line home improvements which he is in breach of.
He refused to finish the jobs, he was literally yelling at me in my driveway for no reason and insulting me personally. He was definitely trying to intimidate me.

First he said he was finished, but I have pictures to prove otherwise. I texted him a list of jobs not completed, since he walked away from me as I was reading the list.
Then he said he gave me everything for free, but he was paid upfront for everything and I have copies of checks to prove it.
Then he said he couldn't get finished with the contracted work because I kept taking his employees off of the jobs he assigned, which is absolutely not true.

I found out he does this a lot to people, he scams them after insisting on payment before the job is completed. He needs to have his business license revoked if he has one, and I intend to sue him. I have everything documented in both pictures and writing.

In addition to the work he refused to finish, I have to pay new people to correct the work that wasn't completed properly.
For example, practically everything having to do with plumbing needs to be redone, I have had several floods in the house since they worked on it.
He is aware of that, said he would fix the problems, and never showed up to do it. I have all his texts and emails I can print with his promises and excuses.

Hello, I sent a copy of this to  ************************

    complaint ID ********

I'm not surprised that ****** ********, of above the line home improvements, the contractor I've filed a complaint against, would not have responded.

He doesn't have a leg to stand on legally, everything is documented, so the next step is a lawsuit.
As soon as I can afford it I'll bring it to the small claims court, and registering a complaint with you will be part of the documentation.

I'll let you know if he does contact me but it's impossible to believe he would, apparently he does this all the time, but I'm not going to drag anyone else into it.

If he threatens me or my property I'll have him arrested. I do have witnesses.
FYI it's apparent I'm taking chances with my personal safety having done a background check on him, but he can't keep getting away with scamming people.

I want that on the record if anything happens to me, this is way more concerning than just getting ripped off on a job he was paid for fully, but refuses to complete.

Screaming at me on my driveway for no reason! Refusing to finish the job after insisting on being paid in full.
Check his background/arrest records if you think I'm not serious. He intimidates women and old people so they won't take legal action against him.

    Thank you,
