      Ordered a tree online weeks ago. Does not respond to emails and Does not answer phone. Order confirmed and not yet shipped or even prepared to be shipped.

      I placed an order for plants on July 12th and as of August 22th, I still have not received anything. I reached out via email — no response. I also called twice and left messages, but no one answered or returned my call. Very disappointing experience. I was excited to support a smaller business, but the lack of communication and failure to deliver the product has been frustrating. I would not recommend ordering from this company.

      Do not use this company as they will take your order and then ghost you. They do not respond to calls or emails. You will end up getting legal involved

      Spent over $100 on a dozen trees. Only 2 trees arrived alive and they weren’t very healthy. I reached out to Barely Rooted customer service twice and never received a response after weeks of waiting for a refund or credit.

      They are flat out a scam. I ordered in April and did an add on item and they answered those emails very quickly. Send an email about shipping? crickets. It's been two months, multiple phone calls (unanswered), emails (unanswered) and facebook messages (unanswered) and not trees. I opened a case with their State's Attorney General. Do not order from them. I can't believe they're even still taking orders two months after not sending anyone their orders- fraudulent.

      Ordered a Bush April 3rd. Nothing delivered or shipped in the mail. Took my money. I've called, emailed and messaged. No replies. Only voice mail on the phone.
