    This business has failed to provide service since December of 2024 and has not responded to requests to cancel the automatic payment coming to him for the service he isn't providing. He was contacted by phone but his voicemail is full. He was contacted by email, both on a cancellation of service request form with a request to cancel the auto payment and a general email on two different occasions. And he has been contacted by text message multiple times with no responses to any. Payment is still being withdrawn as of February 2025.

    They do not fulfill the services that have been paid for. We have not had trash pickup in over a month. There has been no communication from the business owners about why and the website clearly states everything is running as scheduled. But nobody in our area has had trash pickup. This has happened more than once before and we were all assured the issue had been resolved. We pay $150 every 6 months and out of the last 6 months we have had 2 months worth of non pickup. Thankfully our HOA understands the issue and has not sent out any fines. But this is a big issue. Very unhappy about the owners of Smoky Valley Garbage.

    it has been over 2 weeks and my trash has not been picked up.

    My garbage pick up service stopped providing service over a month ago. So I cancelled the service weeks ago and they are still stealing money out of my bank account. They are unreachable by phone, text, and email as they do not respond to any calls or messages sent to them. I can’t stop them from taking money out of my account! Please help. This is happening to my neighbors as well!
