    I called back in March to place a delivery order and after being quoted the price of $33.24 I cancelled the delivery. I found on my bank statement they charged me anyway! I called the store manager, Nancy who said someone came to the store and picked up the pizza! I have never been to this location on my life! I was referred to corporate where I spoke with a very rude person named Stephanie who refused to provide her title there and hung up on me. I called back and asked for her Supervisor and received pushback saying she had no Supervisor? I continued to escalate and was given a voicemail to Kelly? Jenkins and I advised 1. Your stealing from me and 2. I don't appreciate your employee hanging up on my face after reporting fraud by your store. I even left a review on March 2 2025 which you can see on Google reviews where I said $35 is too expensive for pizza delivery. I don't get off from work until 730 so there's no way I drove to that location. The whole point was delivery because I was tired. I definitely didn't go there and pick up a pizza. I'm reporting fraud here. I'm now being inconvenienced on top of that as I now have to be cancel my debit card. This company should actually be brought up on criminal charges which I may look into if my money is not refunded. Ty

    The information that we were given on this order by the customer wasn't matching up to our records.  The last four digits that the customer gave us wasn't matching up to a charge in our system.  The customer was demanding and rude to everyone she spoke with in our company.  When I called the location to try to get more information they could not match up the credit card info as well.

    We were able to find an order that matched the phone number given in this complaint.  This was a lunchtime delivery order, which was delivered and we have a signed receipt with a tip written in by the customer.  I believe that she indicated it was an evening order. We do not have any record of her calling back and cancelling her order. 

    In order to come to a resolution for complaint, we will refund the charge if the customer can verify the last four digits of the card used for this transaction.
