11/17/2021 I went to Ooltewah Vision center for a scheduled eye appointment. I told them I hadn't been to an eye doctor in a long time and was having difficulty with near and far sight. They did a very short exam and I paid $150. My insurance paid the rest. They said my glasses would be ready in 3 weeks. I tried calling them on 12/18/21 to see if my glasses were ready. They never returned my messages. I went there on 12/21/21 and they were very rude. They said if we didn't text you you're glasses aren't ready and they shut the door and locked it. I rang several times and about 10 minutes later they opened and said my glasses weren't there. I asked for a timeline of when I might get them. They couldn't tell me. 2/10/22 I still don't have my glasses. They won't return my calls and I can't keep taking off work to drive down there to check on them. I have sent a complaint to my vision insurance, ***** vision because I wanted to make sure they knew not to pay them due to them not giving me an answer of when or if I will ever receive my glasses. I have to qualify at the range to keep my job and had to borrow a co-worker's glasses that wasn't right for me but I was barely able to see good enough to qualify. They are rude, and will not return calls. They will not email or text me either. I have got no response from the mail, email, text or phone.
