I paid a total of $23,870 to Prosource for solid walnut cabinets that would look uniform in color. This amount was paid on two dates, August 14th and November 8th of 2024. You can see the pictures I included that was given to me in my closing documents of the product I was supposed to get. The product I received looked nothing like the pictures. It was severely striped, like a zebra. After communicating with ******, the ProSource manager, that the cabinets I received did not look like what I expected, he said once the cabinets were installed he would then be able to tell the scope of what needed to be done to fix them to look like the closing document pictures. It was after we came to that agreement that I paid the remaining balance minus $2,000 as he instructed I could hold onto that small amount until everything had been fixed. I have been fighting with Prosource and ****** since December 2024 to make things right. They have given me every excuse and several options that did everything but make things right. I paid a lot of money for a product I did not get. I have asked for restitution in the amount of $7,350 to have the cabinet doors replaced with a walnut veneer product that does look like the pictures in my closing documents since ProSource cannot give what I paid for. You can see all of this spelled out in my emails to ******. As a consumer, I feel like this is a consumers worst nightmare. You pay for something you didnt get and the company refuses to make it right. I am writing you (BBB) in an effort to recoup the money I need to get what I want through a different company and to ask for the rights of a customer to be upheld.
