    I ordered the pedal kit on 12/8/2024. I was contacted by a random, non-Third Man Records affiliated email address ************************************ asking for my address on 12/19/2024. I replied 10 minutes later and asked why they were asking for my address and they responded 11 days later on 12/30/2024 with the Third Man Records invoice for my order. I responded within 5 minutes and provided a new address as I was moving on January 1st. I recieved an email saying my package was going to be shipped out on 1/2/2025. I recieved confirmation on 1/6/2025 that my package had shipped. Then on 1/10/2025 I recieved a confirmation that the package had been delievered. I checked my mail box and porch and there was no package. I have **** informed delievery and there were no packages listed as being delivered to my address that day (1/10/2025). When I checked the **** delievery confirmation it had the street from the old address listed (***********). I contacted the residents of my old address and they didn't have anything delievered for me there. I contacted Third Man Records on 1/10/2025 asking for them to confirm what address the package was sent to. I wrote them again on 1/14/2025. They responded on 1/15/2025 confirming my new address and asking for me to confirm that the package was recieved. I told them it had not been recieved and sent a screen shot of the **** informed delievery showing no packages being delievered on 1/10/2025. I never got a reply to my email. I sent another email to Third Man Records asking for help on 1/30/2025 and recieved no response.

     This customers package was delivered to the address they provided according to **** tracking. Since she had not received it, I told her to contact her local post office as it may be there or could have ended up with a neighbor. There was no response at that point and I ended up just refunding the cost of the item for her.

    I am a member of The Vault to purchase pre-sale tickets. Specifically, I used the PRESALE code to purchase tickets to the ********, **** show. Unfortunately, the code was not valid. The first attempts, Access Restricted and after 1:00, the code was invalid. I understand that there is a limited amount of tickets, due to high demand but a proper code should work or posted there are no tickets available. I would certainly like to try again to purchase tickets, but am concerned this will be a continued event and spent a great portion of the day just trying to refresh the scree. A suggestion would be is to give the Vault Members that live in the area, a proper code. The code was worthless.

    Thank you for reaching out. The Vault allotment for the Columbus, OH show sold out extremely fast. Once sold out, the code then becomes invalid, as you mentioned was reflected when you entered the presale code. The code that was used, 333JWPCA, as reflected in the presale email that you received and on the ********** blog is the only code that was valid for these presale tickets.


    There was a link in the presale email that you received, as well as on our ********** blog, regarding general on-sale sign-up. The code for general on-sale would have been sent to you upon rsvping for your selected show - this was a different code from the Vault presale, which is not distributed through Third Man Records and is not in correlation with the Vault. Because general on-sale required a separate unique code, the Vault presale code would not have worked here.


    Unfortunately, the time is takes for tickets to sell out is out of our hands, and how the ticketing website presents sold out tickets is also not through Third Man Records. There unfortunately is not another Vault presale for this show or spare tickets available on our end.

    In January 2024 I placed a preorder with Third Man Records for an item expected to ship in April 2024 along with 2 additional items. These purchases are a gift and were set to deliver directly to the recipient. In April 2024 I received an update that my order was "Ready to Ship" along with a tracking number. To date, **** has not received the shipment nor has Third Man Records been able to provide me an accurate shipment date. Unfortunately, to complicate matters, the recipient is expected to be moving soon and must receive the items as quickly as possible or the delivery address must adjusted to ensure receipt.I have reached out to Third Man Records multiple times to resolve without success and am hopeful this complaint will help facilitate delivery of my order. As this is a gift the recipient is really looking forward to, simply refunding the order would be a great disappointment, I only want an accurate shipping date and/or assistance updating the delivery address, along with the assurance my order will be sent after the unexpected delay is resolved.
