    To Whom it May Concern:On 5/20/25, I went to ***Printing to have a professional sign created for my business. I told the employee what I wanted and even wrote it down for them, I was told it was too much to put on the sign, but they could revise. Upon picking it up I noticed nothing wrong with the sign. I took it home and placed it in my front yard. Weeks went by and no business was generated from the sign, not a call. I was sitting on the front porch on 3weeks July 13, 2025 I realized that the sign had a Typo in it the word Gourmet was spelled incorrectly and I contacted *** Printing, in person on July 13, 2025 to see what could be done to correct the situation. I was told that she would contact the CEO and see if there was anything they could do. On July 14, 2025 I received a text saying that there was nothing that could be done because of the timeline the sign couldnt be reprinted, even though the typo is more than likely the reason that I have not received any business, from the sign if the Professional cant spell the very thing they are creating, people are not going to trust the process or the product. I explained this to the employee that I would be contacting the Better Business Bureau, or they could refund me my money. Even the text she sent me had misspelled (with) as (whit) I dont understand how you can have a business built off of spelling words and cannot spell words correctly. The sign is of no use to me at this point, people arent going to purchase food from someone with misspelled words on what should be a professional business sign. As I explained to the employee at the time of discovering the error. I would like compensation for the purchase of the sign, I didnt even ask for what monies I may have lost due to this inconvenience.Thanks for your consideration in this matter.Sincerely yours,****** ********

    Mr. ************************************************ regarding the unsatisfactory and unprofessional service I received after contracting them to wrap my work vehicle. Below, I provide a detailed account of my experience, the issues faced, and my attempts to resolve the matter.Details of the Complaint Deposit and Initial Contact:I hired Mr. ************************************************ to wrap my work vehicle and made a payment of $3,000.I was informed that they needed time to print the wrapping material, and I waited for approximately a week before hearing back from them.Vehicle Drop-Off and Poor Installation:On October 25, 2024, I delivered my vehicle for the wrap installation.When I picked up the vehicle, the quality of the wrap job was extremely poor and unprofessional.I requested that the issues be fixed or the job redone. The secretary directed me to the owner of the company.Additional Charges by ***********:The owner informed me that a third-party installer had worked on my vehicle. In order to retrieve my vehicle from this third-party shop, I was required to pay an additional $900, which I ultimately paid for a job that was poorly done.Attempt to Resolve the Issue:I provided photographic evidence of the poor workmanship to the owner. He agreed to redo the job and instructed me to bring the vehicle back.The front desk secretary confirmed they would redo the wrap once new material was ready.A month passed without any communication from them. On November 25, I followed up, and they asked me to bring the vehicle back. However, I was out of state on a roofing job and returned on December 10.Upon my return, I was redirected to a third-party company to remove the wrap. This company also performed a poor job of removing the wrapping.I was then referred to another company to reinstall the wrap, but they informed me they needed to order more material for my vehicle.A full refund of $3,900 to cover the original deposit and the additional payment made to the third-party installer.
