12/11-12/26/2023 Remodel the bathroom, take out tub and replace with walk in shower.I purchased the materials they needed and he gave me an estimate of ******* for the labor,******************** showed up on 12/11/23 with 2 workers, they started the job.******************** didn't show up most days and his workers could not speak English so communicating with them wasn't possible. ******************** showed up on the day they were trying to install the shower head and told me that ***** had shipped me the wrong parts to the shower head and I needed to contact them. After speaking with the manufacture and sending pictures thru email, Pulse the manufacture informed us that it had been installed incorrectly, the grout is coming out of the shower floor and the shower door is not lining up like it should and has some leakage. I had received an estimate from him and he was going to paint also. I furnished the paint, they took down 2 towel holders and painted but didn't cover the holes from the previous accessories, just painted over them. He installed a grab bar along the wall beside the commode and the wall wasn't sanded down and finished before being painted over.I have tried to get ******************** to come back to fix these things but he has told us he had to go back to ****** to get medical treatment and will not be back in the states until the end of April.I have close to ******* in supplies and materials, we also paid him ******* in 2 checks. I have the email from Pulse the manufacture letting us know it's been installed wrong.
