    They were fine in the initial year. Since then they have been nothing but trouble. We've had to make sure to un-click the auto pay button every month because they have that as the default setting on the online payment page. Last month that charged us anyway automatically. We had to fight to get a refund so we just cancelled the service altogether. This month, when no one even went into the payment page, the account was hit again. They have known for a month we do not have service and have not picked up anything from our home for a month, but charge for a full quarter and are refusing to refund the money. They are also acting like they may not even come get the can. These people are not people you want to do business with. The girl who answers the phone is extremely rude and has limited customer service skills. Get a different service. You'll be glad you did.

    When they were a brand new company they missed my trash pickup for 2 weeks. I filed a complaint and a supervisor called me and sent a truck that day. This was 10 months ago and I’ve had no issues since
