    I have been using this storage company since 2020. I forgot about the June payment so I paid it on last week. I explained that I would have to pay the late fees on the next week (this week)which is 20 for each unit($40). There is also a fee for $40 because they sent out a letter last month because the payment was not paid. When I called to make the payment for the lates fees no one answered( I called several times). I looked at the account and see another 40 dollar fee added to my account not for it being late but because they sent out a letter on Friday after I had already spoke with them about the payment on Tuesday 6/2. It is ridiculous that I am being charged all these fees when I communicate that the payment would be paid and caught up. Now that is $80 in fees that are ridiculous.
