    Was traveling cross country. Emergency repairs were made to vehicle. Same repairs were needed done again at destination due to subpar repairs in ********* the first time. Contacted mechanic for labor refund and was denied. Have receipts for both repairs.

    I have tired to contact the customer to try to resolve the complaint but she will.not return my calls or text. All I did was change the brakes and rotors the issue was the caliper was bad and damaged the brakes

    I am rejecting this response because:
    Numerous texts were exchanged. When he refused to make it right I told him going forward that future conversations were a waste of time because he was just repeating himself and we werent getting anywhere. The first 4 photos are from the second repair. The 5th photo is the receipt I received from Shad, the mobile mechanic. I asked to be refunded the $250 labor fee. Seems like a fair request for the sub-par repairs. My next resort will be small claims court. I do have the conversations saved on my phone.

    Based off of the repairs that  were done the brake clipper was was damaged and I was unaware of that. So I'm not understanding how it's my fault that I have to pay for something that I was not aware of. I have tired to reach out via phone call to come to an agreement but she will not return any of my phone calls. I also have text messages as well.

    I am rejecting this response because:repair was subpar. Requesting refund for labor. Will file lawsuit and ruin your business reputation. Just refund labor costs.
