"My experience with Only Motorsports in Mount Juliet TN was an absolute headache, the half owner/shop manager Mr Zack represents himself as amiable and concise person however proved, his approach was a façade to garner business, I needed work done on my classic ******* and landed at his shop accidentally, his attitude was warm and convincing and I was sold on the idea of having his shop do the work, after having my vehicle in his shop way longer then was comfortable, I began asking questions, and only got runarounds, he had more reasons to attach other time consuming stuff to the ticket, I got to the point when I was so frustrated I simply wanted my classic car back… he had one excuse after another why he couldn’t give it to me, it got so bad, I had to ask the Mount Juliet TN police to go and question the reason they wouldn’t return my car even after I payed the exorbitant bill in full, once they interceded on my behalf, I finally got my car back! The most frustrating aspect of my dealings with Only Motorsports was the intimidating manner they tried to handle me when I called them out for the lack of fidelity, it was so harsh, I felt I had no other recourse but to ask the law to get involved… trying to have work done on a family treasure should never be so cruel and unnecessarily dishonest…." ...
