  Very professional and reliable. When ******* Tow cancelled at the last minute, Davenport saved my **** sending a truck in just one hour.

  I am writing to bring to your attention the concerning business practices of Tow Pro / Davenport ************************************************************ a tow company located in *******. Specifically, I am concerned about the excessive charges they are imposing on customers and their failure to be open during regular business hours.On 4/6/2023, my car was towed (Lien ************************* Auto Sales, LLC by Tow Pro / Davenport from a city call the car was in an auto accident to their tow yard. When I arrived to retrieve the vehicle during regular business hours, the facility was closed. An employee was exiting the building at approximately 3:15 pm om 4/6/2023 she stated she was closing her relief did not come in, so she was leaving ASAP. She also stated she should have been gone but she was waiting as a courtesy to for her boss to give a driver his payroll check. I did not get her name it was a female white woman. Additionally, I was surprised to find that the charges for the tow were significantly higher than what I expected, and I believe that they are not in line with industry standards. The car had not even been on there lot for 8 hours.As a business owner and citizen of *******, I am concerned about the impact of these business practices on the community. The charging of excessive fees and the failure to provide reliable service during regular business hours, this is unfair to customers and creates an unnecessary burden on the public. I am writing to request that the city take action to investigate these business practices and take appropriate measures to address them.I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to hearing from you regarding the steps that the BBB will take to ensure that tow companies operating in ******* are providing fair and reasonable service to the community.

  My car was towed to this yard. I went to get my things out of my car. I noticed that all my sunglasses were missing. I had 2 large duffle bags in my trunk. They are missing. I'm also missing a pistol. The owners are claiming I stole my own property. This is a warning to anyone that has their vehicle towed there. Just be careful.
