I would like to make a formal Complaint on this company. I went to this location on 08/16/2022 for dinner me and my family. My son place a order for there cheese dip/Salsa chips in which was *****. When order came out the cheese dip had a pieced of hair in it. It took the waitress a minute to come back out so my daughter went in to get her. When she came out she say the hair and ask if we want another one an my son said yes. When the order came back the cheese was very thick and **** warm. So we explained to the waitress can we just change iot out and pay the difference for the Oyster instead of getting the dip. The waitress said I will need to get my Manager for that. So when the manager(*******) came out she never said hello how y'all doing she went to I personally made your dip and it was not cold and no it's our Policy that we cannot exchange or let you pay the difference . You will have to pay for this because the first time there was no hair and I personally did not see it the first time. The waitress was like I showed you the hair Franchise that's why we exchanged it . The manager was very Rude confrontational. I was very upset that Half Shell has a policy that requires a customer to not return food nor swap it out and pay the difference for something else on the menu. ******* proceeded to say you can leave if you don't live and yes did I use profanity yes I did. It was not if we was trying to not pay only ask can we exchange an pay the difference for something else. After telling us to Leave she then threaten to put the Police on us for running out on a check. In which again was not True several of the workers was like that is untrue and was very apologetic on how there Manager was acting. i have heard a lot of Racist and horrible things about Half Shell and now i have had the opportunity to experience it. I payed a ****** receipt without even eating me my my family. I will make sure that I tell everyone I know and will never come back.
