? 1-Star Review Deceptive Sales Practices and Hidden Mechanical Issues We had a terrible experience with this dealership. The car, 2014 Subaru Impreza , was advertised on the lot for $4,999 cash, as is,. Issa, the sales person said because we are Tennessee residents they have to file the title and registration on our behalf, and they added a $750+ processing fee on top of registration fee +tax which totaled to $6500+We specifically asked about the AT OIL Temp warning light and the check engine light on the dashboard as we are not knowledgeable about cars, Issa, said they do thorough internal inspections and wouldnt sell a car with major mechanical or safety issues. He assured us the car was safe and fine because it had been test driven. We decided to buy the car and later a diagnostic tool as we are seeing additional warning indicators showing on the dashboard. As it turns out there were transmission issues. When we contacted them within 5 days to return the car, I spoke with the car sales person Issa, and was told no, the car was sold as-is, you test drove it and it was fine. He said h*** talk to his manager. No manager called, and so I called on the following business day and they said no returns, it was sold as is. He claimed we were informed and signed the paperwork, they then emailed a copy of the paperwork with inspection report , which showed transmission issues, which we did not receive a copy of until after we called to complain. They gave us false confidence, misled us on the condition of the car, and were not transparent about major issues, before we bought it. Be very careful if youre thinking of buying here. Ask to see everything in writing before you sign. We regret trusting them.

When the customer came in to purchase the vehicle they where shown numbers that included tax title license and fees before buying the vehicle. All vehicles advertised online are the sales price of the vehicle and there is a disclaimer showing plus tax title license and fees. We showed them and had them sign an inspection report showing what was wrong with the vehicle and that the vehicle is a wholesale to the public vehicle therefor is purchased at your own risk. We have the customer sign a project "as is" form stating this is what we found on the vehicle but there could be other things wrong with the vehicle we did not find, you understand what you are purchasing and they signed that form as well. We supply everything in writing and have customers sign everyhing and supply them coppies of anything they sign at the time. We also keep electronic copies we can supply to a customer if they misplace their original copies.
