1 starBoth myself and the shipper called FedEx to try to stop them from delivering this package because I could not be home and schedule for a day I was. FedEX reassured me that because the package required signature and was insured, the driver wouldn't leave it and it would be okay. At 3:15 I got a text message my package had been delivered. I called them and customer service said it had been dropped off. I left work early and rushed home, no package. I called them again. They assured me someone would call me. Nobody did. I called again end of day, nothing had been opened and they again tell me that my package was delivered. I called next day, requesting a call back for the open complaint to make sure it had indeed been delivered. Nobody has called me back. FedEx does not seem to care at all that they left an expensive package at the wrong door without a signature in the middle of Seattle. Just get it off the truck, who cares if it shows up the right place.Review fromJeanne P

1 starThey actually deserve no stars. This is the worst delivery company I have ever experienced & the drivers are horrible. They speed, tailgate & cut you off. As far as deliveries. I received a package on my porch. Set in a puddle in the pouring rain. No plastic on the box. My inside items were wet. So now I have to return them. The company tracking system is a joke & packages never arrive on time if ever. I am shocked that businesses even use fedex. I've decided if a company uses fed ex I will not order from them.Review fromTina F

1 starIn March of 2022, a driver slid into our fence and left. I filed a complaint and they gave me a claim number. All paperwork, including the estimate for repair were sent in on 3/19/2022. I have called to check on the claim and have been told it is in process. Today I called, and the claim and complaint cannot be found. They have no record of it every happening. I have read similar stories on line and wonder how they have a A+ rating if this is a frequent occurrence with them. I was told someone would get back to me. 1 starI ordered a few products from a specific company and made the mistake of choosing to use FedEx to deliver my very expensive package.
On Friday, April 29, 2022, I was given an email alerting me that my package would be delivered on Sunday, May 1 and that I would need to be there to sign for the package upon delivery. I stayed home all day, waiting for my package that did not get delivered. On Monday, I called my friend who works at FedEx to inquire about my package. He told me that my package had not left the Virginia facility yet. Today, Tuesday, he texted me to tell me that the package was now at the Illinois facility and 'should' be at our local facility by tomorrow.
Ok, so my package was delayed, not too big a deal for me with this specific package.
But *** was the reason for the email that told me to be at home to sign for my package on Sunday?!? My time is VALUABLE to me and I cannot afford to waste a minute of it.
When given the option to ship using other delivery services, I will. And I will, if it can be helped, avoid all companies that only offer this sorry excuse for a parcel delivery service.Review fromKate A

1 star• When I found out my package was not going to be delivered in Russia on Feb. 8, I called FedEx (I called again on the 9th to confirm) to request it be destroyed vs returned (this is an option I was given; I was even given a quote to return it of $140.85. They record all calls, so this should be accessible to them. • Feb. 18 @ ~1:29pm ET: I had a terrible conversation with a rep. named Tricia/Trisha (last name unknown as she would not provide) who said there was no notation to destroy the package and then sort of went from one thing to another to make excuses; she would not transfer me to her/a supervisor and in effect made it clear that she did not believe that I requested the package be destroyed (note that I requested more than once via phone for it be destroyed). She quickly denied my claim since there isn't a note to destroy the package (even though FedEx made a mistake?), then told me that she has never heard of someone being offered the option of having a package destroyed instead of returned (I was given this option and even given a quote for how much it would cost to have the item shipped back). She obviously was just done at some point but was totally unwilling to transfer me to her supervisor (I asked multiple times) and ultimately hung up on me. This was perhaps, and please review the call to make your own judgement, one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had or witnessed. • Spoke to multiple people and filed a complaint against Trisha, have not received any follow-up • UPDATE: Was eventually reconciled by the manager (I believe his name was Michael) who was very nice and almost immediately found the notation re: me asking for the package to be destroyed and not delivered. Thus, I was accused of lying by your employee almost immediately after she couldn't find the notation.Review fromTD C

1 starI really wish they offered a zero star rating for Fedex. What a terrible service. Their system will state that the product has been delivered, however it is hours or in many cases days until it actually arrives. ***, ****, etc. all give pretty accurate tracking. Why is it so hard for these guys to do the same. The fact that they have a 1 start rating on BBB and they do absolutely nothing about it, remains a mystery. I have also had experiences with wrong tracking numbers being applied to packages, which mixes up telling me which product arrived and didn't. I think in the last couple of years of ordering online because of covid, maybe one package of about 15 delivered by fedex arrived on the day they said it did. 1 starDrivers refuse to ring door bell even when a package requires a signature. I've literally had to jump threw hoops to get my packages that should have been one shipment. Absolutely would recommend finding a different shipping service, one that can competently deliver you're package to you're door step. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!Review fromGlenda C

1 starFed Ex made an exception on pkg from ********. Didn't deliver. Shipper (********) called them 2X. Fed ex even called me. Still saying the delivery address is incorrect. I get pkgs from ******** at this address with fed ex delivering them all of the time. They do not make sense or resolve anything. Their answer is to send the pkg back. Wasting my time and 7 days to figure this out on what was a 2 day delivery. They are the worst. Make it make sense. Do not use them for any reason.Review fromConnie S

1 starWorse delivery service ever !!!!! Theylost a pool I had ordered and a bike !!!!!!! How do you lose such big packages????? Zero accountability!!!!!! Not sure if the employees steal the packages or if they actually lose them. They always make it to Perrysburg and them they disappear. Something needs to be done about them !!!! I lost 500 dollars on the pool and 300 on the bike !!!!Review fromLisa J

1 starMy daughter sent a package that was supposed to arrive April 30th. When I didn't she called Fed Ex and was told that it was delivered on the 30th at 12:58pm. That was a complete lie. We were home and actually out front doing yard work most of the day. She called on May 2nd and was told the case was closed because the driver verified he delivered it. Well fed ex. Your driver is a liar. He did not deliver any package to this house on Sat or Sun. So. My daughter now has to file a claim for a bday gift she got for me. Do not EVER trust fed ex to deliver anything of importance. I'm in Navarre Fl btw.
