5 starsCalled for service on ice machine and they were prompt to arrive and service our equipment. Explained in detail what services and repairs were needed to get unit back up and running. Also how to improve maintenance so unit will run more efficiently. I would recommend Memphis ice machine company for all your equipment and ice needs. ????

5 starsI had an issue with one of my ice machines. I called Memphis ********** had a repairman there the very next day. I needed a new machine, being the age of the *********** of repair. 5 starsAfter we had a water boil in Memphis, we decided to have our ice machine serviced. Knowing full well everyone in Memphis was doing the same thing, I knew it would be at least a week before someone could get to us. The customer service rep was very professional and gave a reasonable timeline on when someone would be coming to do maintenance. We were surprised when the technician was at our office within a few days. He was friendly and knowledgeable and did what he came to do quickly.Memphis Ice Machine Company
