    A completely horrible experience. I bought a nice washer/dryer set. It was one of the higher priced sets so I had expectation there would be some level of quality. Within the 60 day warranty period the pump on the washer went out. I called and scheduled a repairman under the warranty. It took several phone calls and three weeks waiting for the repair man to come out. It was looked over and I was told that the part would be ordered.Two weeks later I call to check in (I had to ring several phonecalls over three days to get anyone to pick up) and was told its on order. Two weeks later, its on order. Two weeks later. Its on order. Even more time went by, when I was told by a technician that the part had never been ordered and would not be ordered because it was discontinued. So everything else told to me before was a lie to put me off! Under the warranty, I would receive a different washer of equal value.Reading back, it took a total of 30+ calls to get to this point.A month after that, with numerous more calls to get them to bring what they owe, I had a washer delivered that was not worth half the value of the one I bought. But it was clean and I don't have a big family so I wasn't going to fight over it.It made rough noises the first load of laundry I ran. I managed to get three loads of laundry out of it before it stopped working entirely. I call to request a repair and was told that it would not be under warranty and I would have to pay for repair service. They brought a BROKEN washer as a replacement! The amount I was quoted for repair would be MORE than a new washer!I bought a new washer. Money is not the issue. Principal is the issue. If you manage to get a working washing machine out of this place it is by luck. If you have to use the warranty in any way, then you're going to regret coming here. They WILL NOT hold up to it. They will do everything they can to get out of it.

    Marshal - I have replied to you on every platform you have posted. As my reply stated, we don't show any transactions from you in 2023. Can you tell me your date of purchase. At any point in time did you ask to speak to management? I am the owner and was never told about your situation and was never contacted by you. I am very reachable and have my personal cell number on my business cards that sit on my desk. As I tell all customers, there is never a customer that hasn't been taken care of to their satisfaction when an issue has been brought to my attention. We honor all warranties and take a loss if it means making things right with the customer.
