      I have been a customer for over 25 years and in years past, I had no complaints. My children recently moved into a complex that requires Ben Lomand service. We were told they had to schedule 2 weeks out for any internet service. They assured us it would not be the entire 2 weeks. The service is already there, all they had to do was bring in a router and plug it up. We have called and was told it would not be moved and they didn't know why we thought it would be. The representative was not kind or compassionate. She was rude and "put out" that we were confused and questioning. I expressed that transparency would be appreciated! When my children move, needless to say they will not be maintaining services with this company!

Our customer service representatives schedule appointments, and the date can sometimes be moved up if availability allows, though we cannot guarantee this. We regret that there was confusion or unmet expectations regarding the scheduled appointment date. After reviewing the details of the interaction, including listening to the recorded call, we confirmed that our customer service representative explained that appointments are only moved up if availability allows, the paperwork the customer signed shows the scheduled installation date, and that the customer service representative maintained a professional tone throughout the phone call. Our team strives to be helpful and respectful in all interactions with customers. Thank you for the feedback, it has been shared with our team as part of our ongoing commitment to customer service excellence.
