            Check in is at 2PM. At 2PM and they told me to wait 1 hour because their system was down. After 3Pm ***** told me to wait 1-2 hours. I asked to be let out of the reservation since they could not honor it. After much arguing, he let me in room 413. At 11:30PM I saw the room was cockroach infested (I took videos) and asked ***** to be let out of the reservation. He said he could not do that. He put me in room 402 but did not give me a key. Husband saw another cockroach there. I could not sleep at all because so stressed, and A/C was so noisy/too much light. At 9 am, I asked ***** to urgently put me in contact with the manager because I wanted out. I called repeatedly and asked that the manager call me ASAP to let me out. I came back from an appointment at 4PM. The manager *** ***** asked me why was complaining so late, and said under no circumstance he will provide a refund. This is also against their own posted policies which state "we promise to make it right or you won't pay."
