    hired ***** of Triple H tree service to remove 1 bradford pear tree and grind remaining stump plus grind 1 additional stump on 6/25/25. $500 for tree removal and $200 to grind 2 stumps. I was promised that wood chips would be removed leaving a flat surface ready for grass to be planted. ***** removed tree on 6/25/25 and returned on 6/26/25 to grind both stumps. ***** removed stumps but left behind 2 huge piles of wood chips, I informed ***** that he needed to come back and complete the job. He returned a few days later when it was pouring rain and removed some of the the wood chips but still left a pile behind. i spent 2 hours removing the wood chips myself only to discover that there were large portions of the tree trunk that had not been ground. I contacted ***** several times via email and phone calls. ***** promised me on July 14 that he would come on July 15th but did not show up. I told ***** that i would have to hire someone else and take him to court to reimburse me and to refund the money for the tree stump. ***** needs to complete the job for which he was paid to do.
