    Completely scammed out of $100 worth of clothes. I brought in 2 baskets full of name brand stuff great condition and they only offered me $20. The person infront of me had the exact same stuff as me and was offered $56. In my opinion it definitely felt like a race thing.

    After trading in my $20 worth of clothes for new stuff for my kids the employee who was ringing me out started to groan and moan behind the register and belched in my face and blew it on me. It was the most disgusting thing that has ever happened to me.

    To Whom It May Concern:

    Let me say that my wife was born in Cuba and several of my employee's are from other countries, so racism in my stores is definitely not an issue.  Secondly, each buy is presented with a quote and the items are left in the container that the customer brought them in.  It would be impossible for a customer to know what another customer has in their buy.  The other aspect to this is that there is absolutely no obligation for a customer to sell to us if they did not like our offer.  Finally, the burping incident certainly is not something that would be tolorated.  If you can provide me with their name and a description, proper discipline will be handed out.
