I have a CPAP machine. I was asked about ordering new filters and seals monthly through this company who also supplied my CPAP. I agreed. On 2/16/23 the order was placed. They charged my credit card ***** and billed my insurance before they had even mailed the items. I was supposed to receive the items within 3 business days. They never came. On 3/1/23 I called and they stated they were unable to get an order from my doctor. At this point I needed a new filter because the one I had was dirty and causing breathing problems. I told them to cancel the order and I ordered the items online. I never received a refund so on 3/10/23 I called them. I kept getting passed all over the company. It is a nightmare to call them. I asked to speak to the billing department. Conveniently no one in the billing department could speak to me. I asked to speak to a supervisor and of course there was no supervisor. I am a single woman and ***** is a lot to me. They took a message and said someone would call me back that day. No one ever did. I just want my money back and I never want to deal with this company again.
