BUYERS BEWARE Honestly I would give this 2 stars if I could but with the amount of faults to this place, that would be overrated. Let's get started with, the office lady! Yes, she's the worst. Leaves the office early everyday, will purposely ignore tenants standing at the door waiting for a service while she's hiding in the mail room. I have had multiple packages sent to the office that have disappeared. Don't bother ever calling the office, they never answer either. Maintenance, even better. Every aspect is horrible. Our neighbor above replaced their washer and their pipes leaked all over our hallway and bathroom, been 3 weeks and still nothing. We've had a mold problem since we moved in. 1 year ago. Don't bother asking for any replacements on filters or to fix anything they have to fix according to the contract. Community. The best one yet. We have our weekly drive by's, and yes, I said drive by. They have problems with women being victimized in the parking lots our your own apartment, and no reinforcement on security. Don't order anything to your door, unless you're standing there when they drop off. Always be on the lookout for criminal activity here. Overall, this is like living in the projects, but overpriced.
