      Their sales team sells services that last a certain time period but continue to bill you after that time even though they will tell you billing was paid up front and services will stop at the end of the paid time. The first time I chalked it up to someone not doing their job correctly. The second time I was literally told bu customer service that the salesman was lying about this. On top of it, when they refunded the money the first time they said they could only credit the account, and I ended up having to speak to a manager to actually get a refund. I will NEVER use trugreen again. They lie and snake their way to every dollar they can steal.
