    To Whom It May Concern,
    I’m writing to express my deep disappointment following a recent service by Window Genie of Franklin at my home. We had scheduled a window cleaning, trusting the company’s reputation and professionalism—especially given the high-end nature of our property.
    Unfortunately, the outcome was far from acceptable. Many of our windows were left with significant scratches, clearly caused during the cleaning process. These are not minor blemishes—they are heavy, visible scratches that have compromised the appearance and value of our home.
    What’s more troubling is the company’s response. Despite being informed of the damage, Window Genie of Franklin has not made any effort to inspect the windows in person. Instead, they have denied responsibility outright and refused to take any corrective action.
    This lack of accountability and unwillingness to even assess the situation is both frustrating and unacceptable. We expected a much higher standard of service and customer care.
    I hope this note serves as a cautionary account for others considering similar services. We are currently exploring options to resolve the damage independently.
