Date of Transaction: 2/5/2025 Dispute Amount: $68.72 The *************** committed to sending us a ************* Spin *********** husband, ******* and I (****** *********) ordered this product on 2/5/2025 using ****** (Order # ev9r7dn). On 2/7/2025 we were notified that there will be potential delays due to new tariffs being put in place since the product was being sourced from ******. We were told to be patient while Trade negotiations were worked out. It has only been recently that these negotiations have been somewhat stable. When we reached out to them, they told us that we had waited too long and they were not obligated to send us the product or refund us. They referred us to Their policy that was not previously disclosed to us , stating their stand on refunds and product shipment. The order # that they referred to was not even the correct order #. They referred to Order # ******** which we have never seen in all our communications with Synoshi. They insisted that we click on a link that would show us their policies and a link that showed their product tracking systems, but at this point, we did not trust them, believed them to be a scam, and thought that we could be a victim of phishing if we clicked on those links. We told them that we would contact the BBB since they refused to refund us or send the product.They have not resolved the issue. We told them that we believed them to be a scam based on their practices.We checked on line and made a search for "the best power scrubbers" , then compared reviews. Synoshi came up as one of the best. There were reviews and links to each of the Products and their source companies This was not a random Ad, so we trusted the information.Initial Complaint

Company (Derila) advertises full refund if not satisfied. Pillows did not match description. Contacted for refund process. Essentially the company advertises fully refundable knowing you wont return the product because when you contact them to send it back you are told it has to be sent to ********* (this would cost of over $100 shipping which is not covered by the seller). So unless you want to pay over $100 return shipping to get your $93.50 refund you cannot return the product. Also the amount of time you have to return the product is not long enough to get it returned in time, even if you sent it back immediately. I had paid thru ****** and filed a dispute after contacting the company. There wasnt an option that fit the situation so I chose what I thought was closest and then explained my complaint. However ****** ruled in their favor because I had received the product even though my dispute was not about not receiving it. My complaint was not that I did not receive it. It was that it was not feasible and basically not possible to return it for the guaranteed refund that is advertised. There wasnt not a way to appeal the ruling with ****** even though they ruling did not match the reason for the complaint. ****** lists the payment as going to **********.Initial Complaint

I placed an order for a set of knives called Matsato Knives (2) Order#**************************: I never received item, but it was marked delivered. I live an apartment complex on the 8th floor. Item was left in the lobby of the building where anyone could have picked up. I contacted the Courier First Mile no one ever picked up ***************)As far as Matsato concerned it was delivered even though not to me. This happened once before they sent a replacement with no problem. Package left on floor of lobby to my apartment. They sent me a picture of it left on the lobby floor and they had a signature not mind. I would like to have a replacement or refund. I am writing to complain the company Ecomlt LLC (other names are Enence and Muama). Its address is Ecomlt LLC *********************************************. Its web site is ********** and phone number is ************.I saw its advertisement from internet and they claimed that was a language translator that did not need to connect to Wi-Fi (attached). After I received the product (invoice attached), then I realized that product needs to work with a cell phone which must connected to the internet. Its advertisement was not true. Because I was planning to use the translator while I was travelling overseas and there was no guarantee that my phone had Internet access. I decided to return it. I explained to the company and requested to return. On 5/6/2025, I received a letter (attached) from them and specified the steps of returning the product. I also had a pre-printed label from them of the returning address, which was in ******* (attached). I did not know why I couldn't send it back to their US office, but I followed their instructions. I also had a tracking number with the returning package (attached). I contact the company and I was asked to wait patiently, and I wait. It has been more than two months and I heard nothing. I believe the Ecomlt LLC is trying to cheat. I want to report this to the official and request the Ecomlt LLC to refund.Initial Complaint

I ordered a product, Derila Ergo from Derila. They refuse to refund my money. Ive called multiple times and that calls are just routed to some *************** unit where they refuse to address my issue or issue a refund. They take the money and never deliver a product. I keep calling and they refuse to refund my money. They are straight up criminals as far as Im concerned. Despite Derilas tracking system showing the item as "delivered to mailbox" on June 28, 2025, I confirmed through home security footage and multiple follow-ups with **** that no delivery was made. I contacted Derila several times requesting a refund or replacement. Derila repeatedly acknowledged my concerns but failed to provide a resolution. Their final communication stated they would "look into the possibility of a refund or replacement" without any follow-up action.Has the Business Attempted to Resolve the Issue?Yes, but inadequately. Derila responded to my messages stating they would investigate with their courier and check on the possibility of a refund or replacement. However, they have not taken any definitive action. The program offered was poor quality and I requested full refund of $66 to prevent being autobilled. However, I was still autobilled. I contacted them via email within less than 12 hours indicating I canceled the service and they refused to reimburse me and stated the request must be within 30 days. I wanted to buy a seat cushion for $29.99. But the web site had 6 steps. The initial step was the seat cushion for $29.99. The rest of the steps were offering to add things to the order. It was my understanding they were free. They did not show me the order until after it was placed. The total was $214.74. As soon as I saw that total, I immediately requested to cancel the order. It has not yet been processed. However, Klaudena filled and shipped the order despite multiple requests from me to cancel it. I advised my credit card company that I am contesting the charges (they appeared on my card as $94.59, $45.72, and $74.43). I have received the merchandise and would be willing to return it at their expense.Customer Answer

On June 26, 2025, I was researching a chair cushion. I went onto the Klaudena Website (somehow EcomLT, LLC. fills their orders). I saw the options for ordering units. I clicked on the button for one cushion. I then had to run through a gammit of offers that I didn't want and kept checking the "no thank you". When the last offer came up and I checked no thank you. The website automatically ordered the 4 cushions for me and "thanked me for my order." I immediately searched for and clicked on the "cancel order" but it was no help. I then called the customer service number and the person who answered said that he had to create and send a ticket to some service center and that I had to wait for ***** hours before anyone would get back to me. So I contacted ****** right after talking with your customer service person, as my purchase was being processed through them. They were no help also. As of this writing, I have been charged $95.72 for 4 cushions. I have received several calls and emails from Klaudena/EcomLT which contradict each other. The last call I received the person told me that my money was refunded and my order was cancelled. However this has not proven true. Just today I was offered a 20% refund, which is ridiculous! I have not received any cushions, I don't want any cushions. I want the entire amount that I was charged, refunded.Customer Answer

Thank you for attempting to assist me with this company. I am not surprised that they are ignoring you and unwilling to engage upon any meaningful resolution. They have not contacted me either. So it remains as a scam and fraudulent business in my opinion.
