Don't be fooled.. I have no idea how this company has so many positive reviews. After weeks of trying to get them to respond to for a quote, Buddy W***** and Roger G***** finally set up a meeting, a meeting which failed at accuracy from the professional blueprints I had made up to an actual insult in price. They quoted $145,253.28 for a simple 18x18 room addition with a small breezeway. Something in the range of +$350 per sq/ft to $400 sq ft to build!! Don't get me wrong, I'm not opposed to someone making a profit however this was an absurd price, nothing like what I had been quoted before and literally approximately TWICE the amount of the quotes I had before!! My guess is they took as a sign of desperation because of the previous contractor who never started the job having a heart attack and being months behind, thought they could gouge the **** out of me. Further, rather than seemingly acknowledging their delinquency and lack of accuracy according to original plan requirements, Roger G***** (the owner) acted as if they had invested a ton in time in quoting. Such ** is beyond belief! Don't be taken advantage of by this group. They'll literally insult your intelligence if you let them. Tough market for home owners yes, but don't be taken to the cleaners! People like this will waste your time and money if you let them!
