    We purchased our 2018 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 in April of 2021. The vehicle had 30,000 miles on it and we were told that it was in excellent shape and that we were good to go. Was sold an extended warranty. Since that time, we have had this vehicle in the Dave Kirk Chevrolet garage five different times with complete a arm ball joint and knuckle replacement on the front end. The vehicle has also had to have the air conditioner replaced and now the transmission is going out on this vehicle. We still owe a significant amount of money on this and I have visited Dave Kirk twice trying to upgrade my vehicle or trade this one in without avail. Of course, my fine print warranty has expired. Multiple times during the first five services for unexpected a arm complications which cause the truck to veer suddenly to the right or left while going down the road, there was never provided a backup car or replacement for me to drive. Today, I visited Dave Kirk once again to try to trade in this truck and get help after recieving an email from them claiming my truck was now considered equity, please come in and upgrade, and I was treated very rudely after making an appointment with a Salesman I was placed on someone else who literally spent 15 minutes with me and I could hear the used car upgrade office yelling saying we are not upgrading her, she has been here 3 times and the answer is no. I was told to wait another 7 months before coming back. I am now their burden instead of their customer.

    I bought a 2020 Chevrolet SIlverado new off the lot from top tier salesman, Jason. In August of 2023 I spent ** in repairing the torque converter and then ****** in April of 2023 on the cam shaft & lifter. After buying a *** truck, brand new off the lot, surely GM as a whole or the dealership would have done something to make it right but unfortunately that wasn’t the case. Kevin, the repair expert I talked to during the second repair was nothing but upstanding while I can’t say the same for my experience with the GM claim representative. GM products, safe to say after paying my truck off in a matter of 12 months then sinking nearly another **k just to keep it on the road, will not be owned by me. Saddening first new vehicle purchase experience after all said and done. Worst complaint about Dave Kirk dealership is after paying them ****** to fix my truck they will only entertain the idea of purchasing it if I trade it in to buy another vehicle. Jason and Kevin have always been great to deal with. GM as a whole is a solid 0/10 BEWARE of the GM products and their known mechanical issues
