    I bought a queen size of miracle sheets. They are described as saving 3 xs the washes needed, and water needed to wash sheets. My flat sheet has rough dry spots throughout.

    I ordered several products from this company. I only received one. I have contacted this company, three times now. The first time they told me that they would look into it. I waited and waited and nothing. They have not responded to any of my correspondence since.

    I ordered expensive sheets. Over 100 dollars. They lasted 6 weeks. The company nor ****** will honor a replacement or refund. Im supplied photos as well. They offer a 30 day warranty but the defect doesnt occur until 6 weeks. Not ok.

    Order was placed July 2, 2024 @ 10:58 AM. At 11:14 that same morning I emailed asking to cancel this order. At 11:22 the same day I received the following in an email "Hi ****, Thanks for contacting Miracle. I'm so sorry you're considering canceling your order. As we're always looking to improve, could you please share the reason why?Miracle products cause less laundry, have fewer odors, and are better for the skin. I'd love to find a way for you to try them out! You also have a 30-day risk-free trial!Please let me know and rest assured your order is on hold until you decide. Talk soon, ?*********"July 3 @ 10:59 AM I received this email "Hi ****, I hope you're having a great day! We haven't received your response since our last email on July 2, 2024. We'd love to find a way for you to try Miracle products. If you're willing to try them out, we would be happy to issue you an additional 10% discount on your order through a refund. I'm confident, once you touch them, you'll love them! What do you say? Talk soon,*********"Several emails back and forth continued about declininkng offer and confirming the cancelation.Today I receive this email "Hi ****, I hope you're having a great day! We haven't received your response to our emails sent on July 3, 4, and 8, 2024. We wanted to inform you that your order is currently pending fulfillment, and cancellation is not possible at this stage. However, once your order arrives, you may initiate a return. Please follow this link? and enter your full order number (MB-806813) along with your shipping zip code or email. Let me know if I can assist with anything else! Warmly, *********"

    I ordered a set of bedsheets in Dec of 23 and by Feb of 24 they were unusable. They had pilled to the point of being rough on my skin. I contacted the company and was told that since I was outside the 30 day window for a refund that i was ineligible and because I didnt purchase their optional extended warranty (on bedsheets!) that there was nothing they could do.

    I received my order November 20th. After washing the sheets and sleeping on them for two weeks we discovered that the material was horribly pilled. I contacted Miracle made on December 17th at the email address provided for returns since they have a 30 day guarantee and we were within this period. The email bounced back saying we were blocked. I emailed their various other emails and hav heard nothing. THis company added a warranty to my order that I did not request and it took me multiple emails to obtain a refund so their customer service is not the best. I spent over $200 in ******** funds on these sheets (including brokerage fees) and they are the worst quality sheets I have ever purchased in 40 years of doing so. THere is no phone number or any other way of reaching them.
