    I have a gift card- which has NO EXPIRATION DATE LISTED- on the card or the envelope. I drove from out of town today to use it & was told because it was an older gift card that it was no longer valid.They even had a master list & were able to look up my gift card with my ******************* I still have the actual gift card- which AGAIN HAS NO EXPIRATION DATE LISTED.I think it is RIDICULOUS to not honor this gift card! I wont recommend this spa to anyone. Their employees are not friendly and the management is TERRIBLE! They didnt have a problem taking my cash for the card- but cant honor it now? THIS IS THEFT!They stole $75 from me and I will be reporting them to the BBB & leaving negative reviews on every platform until my gift card is honored.PLEASE DO NOT GET SCAMMED FROM SPA COLLIERVILLE LIKE I DID.There are NO EXPIRATION DATES LISTED ON THE GIFT CARD. THERE ARE NO EXPIRATION DATES ON THE ENVELOPE.THERE ARE NO EXPIRATION DATES LISTED ON THEIR WEBSITE ON THE GIFT CARD PAGE ADVERTISING THEIR GIFT CARDS!

    I was very sorry to hear of this experience.  As the owner, I am always available to speak with clients when they have questions or concerns.  You never attempted to speak with management to resolve this.  At Spa Collierville we strive to provide excellent service and to resolve concerns appropriately.


    To clarify, the gift card presented was purchased over 6 years ago.  Our policy has always been that unused gift cards beyond 5 yrs are considered expired.  Even so, my receptionist attempted to honor your gift card for services and you refused.  After viewing the video and speaking with my receptionist, unfortunately, we will not move forward with this option.


    Please understand that for the safety and well being of our staff and clients, we reserve the right to refuse service if a guest becomes disruptive.


    That said, we want to be reasonable.  While we do not provide refunds on gift cards as a general policy; we will in this case , as we will not honor this card for reasons as stated above.  We are happy to refund the buyer of the gift card with identification and last 4 digits of the credit card used to purchase.


    We sincerely regret how this situation unfolded and will gladly work with the purchaser directly to resolve it.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I was not disruptive. Was I disappointed - yes. But I would love to see the video where I am disruptive. I actually know a few detectives for MPD I could send by to look at the video since you are trying to slander me and my name. This is a bold face lie and really opens you up to legal action if you do not retract that statement and issue me an apology. so do you want to try that again and clarify your response before I get a lawyer and sue you!?!  Because I would be really really careful.

    You do not want to go down that road trust me because I will win. 

    I even had other products I was going to pay extra for after the balance on my gift card was used. I was going to give you additional business. There is not reason when my card was in hand and also located on the spread sheet you could not honor it. YOU DECIDED NOT TO- even after you were paid $75 for it! 

    I was nothing but kind while I was in there. 
    YOU did nothing until I filed a complaint and left reviews online and on fb. 


    YOU HAD THE CHANCE TO REMEDY THIS AND YOU DID NOT! 

    You were on the phone with the receptionist while I was in the clinic. YOU DID nothing . 
    so try again. You are a scammer, thief and liar! 

    if this is not remedied I will seek legal action since you stole $75 from me, there is NO expiration date listed anywhere on your website or gift card- so you NEED TO HONOR IT! 


    I will also seek legal action for the slander in this response since you said I was disruptive. I would love to see that video. 
    you have a chance to fix this. Let me get product or send me a refund check. Only 2 options I will accept. 
    you are the problem by not honoring you gift card. 
    if this goes to court I will obviously win and you will be stuck with my legal fees and court costs in addition to my refund. You have no legal grounds not to honor the card since there are no expiration dates listed. You cannot just make up when cards expire.

    I am confused as why this is closed since there was no resolution and the company did nothing to remedy the complaint. It is a gift card that needs to be refunded!
