            Tow truck driver strapped my car to the tow truck the wrong way. He strapped the inner and outer tie rods down instead of strapping to the underbody of my vehicle. During the tow this twisted the steering gear assembly ruining my suspension and costing $2,000 to fix. Called to complain and they denied all accusations and essentially told me i'm on my own. Their excuse was they've been towing cars for 15 years and they don't make mistakes. They lied and claimed there was prior damage before they towed my car. On top of having to pay them $252 now I have to pay my deductible to have my car fixed. Terrible company and terrible customer service. Due to the way he incorrectly strapped my vehicle to the tow truck, my vehicle easily could have fallen off the truck and potentially could have killed someone. This was clearly an endangerment to the general public. I don't even know if the tow truck driver is a licensed professional. Especially due to the way he incorrectly towed my car.
